15 June 2013 I have tan number , I want to close that tan number because our firm was closed now no use of that, what is the procedure of that ? and where should send our request application?

15 June 2013 You have to send your application to the jurisdictional Assessing Officer (TDS) incorporating the reasons for cancellation.
