01 April 2013 If we pay referral charges to employee amount of Rs. 5000/- do we need to deduct the TDS on this on not. if not plz let me know is there any taxes would be applied

01 April 2013 Yes. referral charges is taxable in the hands of employee, need to add as salary and taxed accordingly
