02 March 2013 A person didnot file ITR From 2007-08. How to file his ITR now.

Return for FY 2007-08, 2008-09 & 2009-10 is become time barred.

As on date, you can file returns for a total of two years. You can file return for financial year '10-11, it will be termed as a 'belated return' and the same can be submitted anytime up to 31 March 2013."

Additionally you can also file return for FY 11-12 before 31 March 2014

02 March 2013 so what about the other years? how to deposit tax for those years?
