10 January 2013 I have just started the Practice. My firm is going to be appointed as an Auditor of a Private limited company. So, I want to know the formalities to be complied with by me as well as the said company.

10 January 2013 Its a Running Company. The earlier auditor was not giving proper service. Hence, the Company wants to change the auditor. Hence, I want to know the end to end process to be followed by the Company as well as me.

02. File the form with ROC.
03. Communicate with the previous auditor.
