12 December 2012 TDS of Rs 9376 was deducted from my father's salary(govt job).
AY 2012-13

Summary of computation is as follow:
Gross Salary: 371013
Deductions:(100000)
GTI: 271013

is there any scope for claiming refund of TDS deducted.

Kindly help.
