sir erection of water treatement project and maintenance of the water erection plant is exempted form service tax.?

03 September 2012 If above Services provided to the Government, a local authority or a governmental authority it is exempted from tax. But,if water is effluent water and erection etc. is related to treatment of effluent water, it is exempted service
