05 March 2012 I want to know that whether it is required to file FORM-III (Form of return to be filed with Registrar) or it is sufficient to File Form-22B,& Attached FORM-I & FORM-II with it, because in my knowledge Form-22B has taken palace & now there is no need to file Form-III with Registrar.
& Secondly if we file Form-III, instead of file Form-22B to the Registrar then whether it is good in off or we have to file Form-22B & not required to file Form-III.

Under 187c (4) of the Companies Act, 1956 Form of Return is required to be filed in Form-22B with ROC with in 30 days from the date of receive of declaration.

05 March 2012 But sir I also want to know that Form-III, has been not in palace right now & Form-22B has taken palace so in my opinion Form-I & Form-II is required to be attachted with Form No.-22B & there is no need to file Form-III with Registrar, Correct me if I am wrong.

05 March 2012 6B – Section 187C - Every company shall file a return in Form 22B with the Registrar
of the declaration made to it in compliance of section 153. (Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956)
