Sir/madam,
Please suggest me format of MOA & AOA of a company involving in trading of commodities for incorporation of a private company for trading in commodities.

05 February 2011 the below can be used
1. To sell, import, export, improve, prepare, manufacture, produce, grow and deal whether as wholesalers or retailers or as principals or agents to carry on the business of canners, preserves, growers and dealers in fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, flowers, drinks, fluids, and such other fresh and preservable food products of all types and trade in jams, jellies, pickles, cider, chutney, vinegars, ketchups, juices, squashes, syrups, drinks, beverages, gellatines, essence, sausages and such other eatables of all types.

2. To export, import, plant, grow, cultivate, produce, trade and deal in food products, agricultural produce, cotton, oil seeds, cereals and grass, and to carry on the business of planters, cultivators, buyers of every kind of agricultural, vegetable, mineral or other produce of the soil, to prepare, manufacture and render marketable any such produce and to sell, dispose of and deal in any such produce either in its prepared, manufactured or raw state and either wholesale or retail in India or abroad.
