 A private Limited Company Charge created in ROC Bihar but some region Bank not given Loan
So what Process we Relies ROC charges

please detail

 First of all, you should file e-Form - 8 when you(Your Company) get loan,,, and now, you have to file - 17, take the loan satisfaction letter from bank.
