As we are aware that, now as per revised scedule vi, we have to make answer as per applicable clause like Note 6 part2 Clause (a) or (b). Now I want to now whether clauses which are not applicable on our company can be deleted or we above to report on all clauses. For Example - as per Note 6 clause e - we have to comment on Debenture and our company has not issued any debenture. Whether it is possible that we comment on clause (a to d) and (f to u) and delete clause (e).
Further In P/Loss A/c whether nature of expenses can be customised or we have to report within the framework of Scedule.
Further, format of Audit report, notice, Director report would be same as per last year or they may have to be change
