Change of company name (Corporate Law)

I had file for name approval of a PVT Ltd company.I had given two names ,the second name was approved.But the client requires 1st name how can i change the name, should i wait for 60 days for application to be rejected.

When the second name got approved it imples that the first name is not available. I suppose the second choice was also that of the client only. So highlight the fact that due non non-avaiability of the first name opted the second choice got approved and hence it's not possible to get the first name.

If he opts for some other name then you will have to wait for 60 days for the allotment to get cancelled. You may then apply for a fresh name.

The ROC has approved the second name because they have some resemblance or other reason to not give first name approval.

Hi...

Undoubtedly agreed with the experts...talk to your client and make him understand as to why the second name has been approved and not the first one out of the two names submitted to ROC...it is possible that the First name choosen might not be available......
