 How many times, we can change the accounting year of a company ?

Hello,

I want to revise VAT Return(Quarterly) for an assessee. There was a minor difference in sales. Please tell me under which section does this have to revised out of the following:

1) 20(4)(a)

2) 20(4)(b)

3) 20(4)(c)
