Due to shortage of spaceat our factory, we have taken dealer's registration (Godown) out side the factory for keeping the Raw Material.THERE IS NO OUT SIDE SALE EXCEPT TO OUR MFG DIVISION.
We are paying Service TAx (GTA) on the freight for the in-ward freight from our supplier at Aurangabad to our Godown. We are taking crdit of the GTA in our mfg unit.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW CASE LAW / CIRCULAR ETC IN SUPPORT OF THE CENVAT CREDIT TAKEN BY US ON SUCH GTA TRANSATIONS.
