If Company is SMC (small and medium-sized company) then certain accounting standards are not applicable and some AS exemptions are available to such company. These exemptions are given under Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules, 2006 (as amended). AS-3 Cash flow is covered under such exemptions. Hoever, it is advised to comply the requirement of AS-3.
