both have a lots of oppertunity.
You can select any of two.In practise you may struggle at the begining stage.

As per my personal opinion go for employment...unless you are personally interested in practice...
If you have good contacts assuring you some good work then practice may be an option.
you can switch to practice anytime after developing good contacts.

If you have good contracts then you go to practice .
For establish a good practice , 3 to 4 years are to be required.

initial stage Employment is better and after 2-3 years you get experiance then come in practice.
