Author : Anonymous ( Author ) 13 March 2010	dear sir, actually our company exported in sez, unfortunaley we make the bank certificate of export and realisation, appendix-22a. payment has been realised but bank is not negotiate? what action / rules / notification / circular/ trade notice is therefore about negotiation and verification the BRC? DEAR EXPERTS IN THIS MATTER PLEASE GUIDE ME , RAHUL NAMDEV
