20 August 2014 I have cleared CA Final in Aug - 2014 Result and I have applied for the Membership already and I hope that I will get Membership with in 15 Days.

My Question is this.. Will i eligible to Sign Tax Audit Report of F.Y. 2013-2014.

20 August 2014 you can sign with effect from the date COP which generally retrospectively dated to the day on which you applied for COP and membership.

22 August 2014 Yes, Rahul. You can sign only after COP date which would be the date of you submitting application for Membership and COP to ICAI.
