I have enrolled for articleship without doing orientation course. when i mailed the matter to the institute they said articleship is not valid since orienation is compulsory and they asked me to submit fresh form 103 after completing the orientation course. Now that i have completed orientation and iam joining for articleship in a new firm( different from the firm where i have filled form 103 before doing orientation). My query is whether i should submit form 109 for termination from old firm? reply plz
