I have applied for name of company on STP basis. After one month of filing Form 1A, I received an objection from ROC that the name is resembling the name of company already in exustance and hence you are liable for penal action. Form 1, 18, 32 has not yet been filed. it is suggested that you should make application for withdrawl of name. What is the procedure for that.
