I want to know that if i terminate my articleship in between and then again start articleship after a long gap,will the period served before termination be considered in rest of my articleship period.And also will it make difference if i terminate within one year or after a year.

04 February 2013 Yes, your articleship period service shall consider as your period of service for articleship.

Yes, if you terminated with in one year then no conditions for termination but after one year there is some conditions to termination and you have satisfy at-least one of such conditions.
