Dear sir, I registered my articleship on 10-10-2013.I got terminated on 10-7-2014. I already send my form 109. I re registered my articles on 11-7-2014.I didnt send my form 103 as 30 days is not completed and waiting for the reply from institute. I can send the form within 30 days sir?

I came across this provision which is stated by an expert as "you have to submit these forms within 30 days or (last date of registration of articleship minus actual date of registration of articleship) whichever is less. According to this my last date of registration of articles is 30-10-2013.actual date of registration is 10-10-2013.so there is only 20 days surplus. Should i send my form 103 within 20 days or 30 days?? Please help mee..my 20 days time gap is already over. Is this provision correct

i personally have take transfer 2 times in my time and since then there is no change in rule so u follow wat i say and cross check at icai regional chpater near u.

I already filed form 109..can i submit form103 within 30 days.already 20 days are over. If above provision is correct do i need to pay any condonation fees

u re registered by 11-7-2014 counting 30 days comes to 10.8.2014 so q of condonation fees does not arises and u can check this by calling on the helpline number of icai if there is any problem then they will inform u.
