 pls anyone suggest me that Is there any requirement to inform to ROC about Appointment of CA of Pvt ltd Co.

 The auditor appointed at the AGM must inform the ROC within 30 days of receipt from the company of the intimation of his appointment, that he has accepted the appointment by filing electronically e-Form 23B.
