No, you cannot, dear experts please refer the below:
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILING EFORM 20B –SCHEDULE-V
(Form for filing annual return by a company having a share capital with the Registrar of
companies)
NOTE:.
3. This eForm shall be taken on record through electronic mode without any
processing at the Registrar of Companies office. Ensure that all particulars in
the eForm are correct as per the annual return. There is no provision for
resubmission of this eForm. No attachment is allowed to be submitted through
the addendum service in respect of this eForm.

Once e-form 20 B is approved, it can't be revised.

wherein it is written
6. Can we do revised filing of already filed Annual filing eForm?
Yes, revised filing of all Annual filing eForms except Form 23AC/ACA can be done in respect of the Forms already filed but the fees for subsequent revised filing shall be charged, assuming it as a new filing.
