Sir, I am tapan Pandya and have qualified CA in last July 2011 and had Applied for COP.subsequently I joined A Pvt company namely NIRMA ltd> since 09/01/2012.
At this point of time i am holding COP and doing full time job having my name on Nirma Ltd's Payroll i.e. just as normal employee and not on retainer ship basis.
I had sent intimation through simple e-mail on 15/06/2012 i.e after 30 days of joining the Nirma Ltd.
Now my question is do i need to send any form for intimating ICAI about my joining the Nirma Ltd...?
is it permitted to continue to hold COP because I have decided to be in industry for life time....?
and please tell me which form i should fill to intimate ICAI about my joining job....?
