1. CA Ashok Raghvan, Bangalore - A Direct Tax expert and has authored the book on Direct Tax published by SIRC of ICAI, he was a Member of the International Trade Committee, Energy Committee, Central and State Taxes Committees of the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI).

2. Adv. Puneet Agarwal, Delhi - A Chartered Accountant, practicing as an Advocate, with specialisation is indirect taxes, competition law, negotiations, business structuring and contract drafting. He has a flair for lecturing and training and was also felicitated by the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for "Commendable Contribution to the Profession".

3  Adv. Sanjay Buch, Mumbai - He is a Practicing Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Judicature at Mumbai, India. Mr.Sanjay Buch practices in the area of Transaction Advisory (including Mergers and Acquisitions) and has been advising several Fortune 500 companies, large and medium domestic corporations, domestic and international lending agencies and foreign banks having their establishments in India for over last twenty years. 

4. CA T P Ostwal, Mumbai - A senior member of ICAI and he is actively involved in handling international tax issues on cross-border transactions, including corporate structuring /restructuring, joint ventures and collaborations, valuations, accounting and auditing, IFRS, company law matters and foreign exchange management act related matters for a wide range of clients in India particularly in the field of Real Estate, technology, software and telecommunication, Entertainment sectors, etc. He is a member of various national and international federations including OCED- Paris, Indian Council of Arbitration, member of Emerging Issues Task Force on Non-resident taxation formed by Ministry of Finance and member of sub group of Planning Commission of India.

5.  CA Yogesh Thar, Mumbai - An expert with specialisation in Corporate Advisory, International Tax, Direct Tax Litigation & Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director ofRhodia Specialty Chemicals India Ltd. Mr. Thar has been an Independent & Non-Executive Director at Sunshield Chemicals Ltd.

6. Sri S P Tulsyan, Mumbai - A renowned market analyst with rich experience of over 36 years, he is a commerce and a law graduate and holds professional qualifications of Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary. Armed with academics and an acute sense of logic, he is a much sought after fundamental analyst and is immensely respected for his frank and forthright views.
