Two Day Seminar on SAP Security, Audit & Control
|
SAP is the world’s leading provider of business software, comprising enterprise resource planning (ERP) and related applications, to provide customers with the ability to interact with a common corporate database for a comprehensive range of applications.
In today’s business situation, it is imperative to conduct an effective audit of the organization’s SAP system, with specific focus on security and control. General Controls Specialists reviewing Application Controls may not deliver the desired level of comfort in identifying control weaknesses in an SAP environment. This requires knowledge of the SAP system security, risks and controls.
The number of qualified IS Auditors and security professionals who can audit SAP are still very small and there is a great potential for SAP Security & Audit professionals worldwide.
The Infotech & 4i Committee of the BCAS, continuing with its tradition of introducing a new and emerging area to its members, is planning to organize a two day program that aims at enabling the attendees:
· To understand the risks, control and audit in an SAP environment,
· To facilitate the building and designing of better controls and audit practices and
· To deal with the complex technical topics in SAP Security, Audit & Controls from a business perspective so that users and security professionals will appreciate the need for effective controls.
