This is to inform you that the Corporate Laws & Corporate Governance Committee (CL&CGC) of ICAI is organizing a series of Webcast on individual topics in the Companies Act, 2013 on every Wednesday starting from 16th April, 2014. The 1st Webcast of the series would be held at 4.00 PM – 6.00 PM on 16th April, 2014. This webcast is organized to sensitize and bring awareness among the members of the profession and the corporates on the various provisions of The Companies Act, 2013 and Rules thereon and the opportunities and challenges that may arise.
