Seminar on Revised Regulatory Framework for NBFCs (2 CPE Hours)

The RBI on 10th November 2014reviewed the entire regulatory framework for NBFCs with a view to transitioning over time an activity based regulation. The regulatory framework seeks to make far-reaching changes to address risks, regulatory gaps, harmonise and simplify regulations and strengthen governing standards. It also brings a novel concept of multiple NBFCs.
A regulatory perspective in this context is the need of the hour.
