  National Conference on Draft GST law



The introduction of GST is now on horizon as the Government is targeting to pass Constitution Amendment Bill in Parliament during this Monsoon session ending on 12 August. The consultation process with stake holders on draft GST Law has been initiated. Introduction of GST is going to have impact on each business concern. It will have immediate as well as far reaching implications on their business.

The draft of Model GST law raises several pertinent questions whose implications need to be understood by every business concern and prepare for smooth transition to GST. GST will have significant change in tax compliance procedure and for availing input tax credit.

ASSOCHAM’s GST Conference in Delhi received overwhelming response and appreciation from participants.
