ASSOCHAM WTO Conference: INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE On Government Procurement and Customs Valuation
ASSOCHAM National Council on WTO has selected the theme of ‘Emerging Trade Policy Issues in Good Governance’, to deliberate upon during the current year. The first conference under this theme will focus on government procurement and customs valuation and will be held on 13th July 2012 at Hotel Shangri-La, New Delhi.
We are pleased to inform you that the Shri Anand Sharma, Hon’ble Minister for Commerce, Industry and Textiles has been requested to inaugurate the Conference as Chief Guest. Dr. Harshvardhan Singh, Dy. Director General, and Mr. Robert Anderson, Counsellor & Team Leader for Government and competition policy, WTO Secretariat, Geneva has confirmed their participation in the conference. Further, the Conference will see participation of renowned corporate leaders and policy makers.
