Advance FEMA Conference |
International Taxation Committee of The Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society is pleased to announce “Advanced FEMA Conference” jointly organised with the Chamber of Tax Consultants. The conference is planned to offer insight into advanced level issues on cross border transactions and to discuss intricacies on the above subject. There have been several amendments and also a few reversals of the rules in the recent past. To understand the RBI perspective on these developments and also several issues / controversies under FEMA, there will be an interactive session with officials from RBI.
