In one of ur Articles about Taxation u mentioned that we should write the approprite provision in our working notes..

My question is that shoud we do this for each and every question ..??

Also, if a question requires application of more than one provision than is it necessary to write each and every provision..??

Also should we write the provisions in detail or in short..just for explanation..??

See..This depends on ur speed limit....My viewpoint is that in Taxation exam, the questions are very twisted... every word has its own meaning... 99% of the cases we dont reach the correct answer even by having 100% correct approach.. That's a fact... So just to be assured u dont lose marks, i prefer mentoning the section provison...

Not necessary to write all the provisions... Suppose a particular question has calculation of depreciation..along with the answer u can give reference of section 32.... depends on ur time manangemnet as well...

This is my viewpoint as instructed to me by my teacher...
