service tax credit i will hire a labour contractor who have no service tax registration number, so i will deduct 1% tds of his total amount, do i get service tax credit or not ? |

Re: if he doesnt have servicetax registeration then where the question comes for credit. I mean he will not be supposed to charge the service tax untill he is registered. |

Re: If the person is unregistered u cant take any credit out of it........That's the hard core law..
