Whether Long term Capital Loss on Shares can be set off against Long Term Capital Gain on Property?

Dear Yuvraj,

 No it is not possible to set off a long term capital loss on shares with any other long term capital gain,this is because a long term capital gain on shares is exempted u/s 10(38), so its loss cannot also be set off.
