Unlike all previous schemes, there is no scheme end date. This means that the scheme is ongoing, unless discontinued by MCA.

Priyanka Ji, I guess, FTE Scheme has been taken off by MCA and is not inforce now.. Now no company can shut down itself under FTE Scheme.

Thanks for your appreciation Mr. Singh. On your question of distribution of assets.....its a complicated issue and as this is a open forum I also would like to have some suggestions from my Chartered friends..

Thanx alot ma'm for this valuable article. Well, if i want to take fast track exit scheme then how the assets will be distributed?? It will be a great help if you can guide me a bit..Thanx in advance..
