As per new Annexure A-1 auditor has to certify this: "I have audited the books of account of M/s __________________________ for the quarter ending __________________" Pls let me know whether any CA can sign this certificate.

The new Annexure A-1 can be given by any CA but seems to certify only the turnover. Should we therfore have 2 certificates for the turnover in Annexure A-1 and another under circluar 120.
