in any person doing a business for sale / purch of goods and he is also recd a commission from other business or same business associates. now he is covered in section 44ad or not. pls reply.

1. Does a person doing business as Franchisee would cover under 44AD or not? 2. A person doing trading and also recd commission from principal owner or from other trade is covered under 44AD or not.
