Committee for Cooperatives & NPO Sectors is organizing a 6 CPE hours National Workshop on Arbitration on Co-operative Sector hosted by Western India Regional Council of the ICAI on 13th September, 2014 at BKC, Mumbai.
In the seminar seasoned speakers from professional field have been invited to address the burning issues in Arbitration on co-operative Sector. National Workshop on Arbitration on co-operative Sector includes topics like an overview of Alternate Dispute Resolution, Relevance of Arbitration for Co-operative Sector, Various Act like Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, The code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and provisions in multi State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002, Process of Arbitration and Award and Mock Arbitration from the learned speakers.
