Secretarial Audit is an opportunity equally with the responsibility for Company Secretaries in practice. Audit processes, if properly implemented and worked upon, will save the corporates from avoidable non-compliances and irregularities. Auditors are the watchdogs on the compliances and governance of the companies. The Companies Act, 2013 has provided this opportunity to the Company Secretaries in practice. ICSI has therefore decided to conduct the series of the National Seminars on the Secretarial Audit for the benefit of its Members. As a part of this series, the Pune Chapter of WIRC of ICSI is pleased to host the National Seminar on Secretarial Audit under the guidance of the Central Council of ICSI. Please note:
- Registration will be accepted strictly on first payment first serve basis. The Spot Registration is dependent on the availability of seats, hence not guaranteed.
- Seats are limited to 150.
- Payment towards the registrations made on the spot will be accepted only through the Demand Draft / cheque in favour of ‘Pune Chapter of ICSI’. Cash payment will not be accepted in any circumstances on the spot.
- Registration is non-transferable.
- 10% fees will be deducted in case of cancellation, if informed more than 3 working days in advance. No refund will be granted if cancellation is requested less than 3 working prior to the date of program.

- Members are requested to please send us the proof of transfer / remittance, generated online by your banking system, immediately upon remittance of funds, by email to pune@icsi.edu.
- Please mention your Membership No. and date/name of program in ‘Comments’ column for quick reference while making online payment. Please make a specific mention of this while sending the proofs of payment through email also.
- Since the seats are limited, Registration fees / payments received after the seating capacity is exhausted shall be refunded to the members in full, on request, only by Cheque at the office of Pune Chapter of WIRC of ICSI.
- Members / Students are requested to please bear with us in case of any confusion caused in registrations on account of online payment since the online payment mechanism is on pilot basis at the moment.
- The Online payment mode for this program is available only upto April 7, 2015. From
April 8, 2015 onwards the payment needs to be made at the Pune Chapter office or at the venue, as the case may be.
