We are delighted to inform you that the Guwahati Branch of EIRC of ICAI is hosting a two-day National Conference “Jigyasa – Exploring the Future”, on 13th and 14th November, 2014 (Thursday & Friday) at Pragjyoti ITA Centre for Performing Arts, Machkhowa, Guwahati. The Conference is being organized under the aegis of the Continuing Professional Education Committee, ICAI.
The countdown has well and truly begun; we’re now less than a month away from the much awaited gala event which is no less a reason to strive for making it inspiring, prestigious and glamorous!
You will be elated to know that a galaxy of finest speakers from all over the country has been selected to make this event a memorable one. To raise the enthusiasm, we unveil the star names of the event which includes CA. R Bupathy, Past President – ICAI, from Chennai; CA. (Dr.) Girish Ahuja, The Tax Guru from Delhi; CA. Vikamsey Nilesh Shivji, Council Member from Mumbai; CA. Ashok Batra, Master of Service Tax from Delhi; CA. Atul Kumar Gupta, Council Member from Delhi; CA. Bhavana Doshi, Past Council Member from Mumbai; CA. Charanjot Singh Nanda, Council Member & Renowned Motivational Speaker from Delhi & our very own, the encyclopaedia of the Companies Act, CA. (Dr.) Debashis Mitra.
Apart from above, the top-notch office bearers of our institute and many other dignitaries have also consented to attend the event. The name of the chief guest is still under wraps, and will be announced very soon.
Every event is incomplete without a bit of rock & roll. To fuel up the event with joy, we will be organising a cultural night “Jhankar” on 13thNovember from 7 pm at the same venue for the delegate members with their spouses & students. The highlight of the cultural night will be the powerhouse of music Meiyang Chang – the Bollywood Singer.
